mostly okay stay

convenient location nice breakfast friendly staff noisy room sewage smell late cleaning

the location proved quite convenient. i found the breakfast to be quite nice, there was a live music. the staff seemed very friendly and always ready to help, that's something. the hotel design it was beautiful.

my room was on the first floor, this was right under the coffee machine, it was noisy from 6:30am, there was a lot of footsteps. sewage smell came through the pipes into my bathroom, i kept the door closed all night because of it.

Charming Stay With Attentive Service

My room had nice details and I appreciated the sunlight from the Juliet balconies. The complimentary bottled water and espresso pods were a nice touch. The breakfast included a large food spread and live classical music (i enjoyed it a lot). I secure hotel here as a solo traveler.

The walls between rooms were a bit thin, but this did not affect my experience too much.

significant inconvenience thin walls

the breakfast had a good variety , nothing Lovely but acceptable.

my room was located on a higher floor so there was no elevator , a SIGNIFICANT inconvenience when carrying luggage. additionally , the noise from the street at night was quite bothersome . THE walls seemed thin , and i could hear conversations and other sounds from adjacent rooms , further disrupting my rest.

the breakfast was amazing! i especially loved the variety of fresh fruits and juices available. the staff was helpful and cute (sandra from serbia was particularly lovely).

the room was quite small, it barely had any space to move around with luggage.

The included breakfast had MANY options. The staff were AMAZING. Every person was warm and professional. I also appreciated the taxi driver, Bruno. He. He was reliable and friendly!!!

small room elevator lack

the staff was mostly ok.

the lack of an elevator was a real pain. hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was like a punishment. the room was also quite small, barely enough space to move around.
