Charming Stay With Attentive Service
nice details sunlight light large spread
My room had nice details and I appreciated the sunlight from the Juliet balconies. The complimentary bottled water and espresso pods were a nice touch. The breakfast included a large food spread and live classical music (i enjoyed it a lot). I safety was good here as a solo traveler.
The walls between rooms were a bit thin, but this did not affect my experience too much.

The location is great, very close to various transportation options. The hotel offered easy access to the city center. I found common areas available for relaxation or reading, a plus (very helpful).

The room I had was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The decor gave a boutique feel. I loved it, it had great amenities.

significant inconvenience thin walls
the breakfast had a good variety , nothing Lovely but acceptable.
my room was located on a higher floor so there was no elevator , a SIGNIFICANT inconvenience when carrying luggage. additionally , the noise from the street at night was quite bothersome . THE walls seemed thin , and i could hear conversations and other sounds from adjacent rooms , further disrupting my rest.

fresh fruits helpful staff fresh juices cute staff small room workers presence late noise
the breakfast was amazing! i especially loved the variety of fresh fruits and juices available. the staff was helpful and cute (sandra from serbia was particularly lovely).
the room was quite small, it barely had any space to move around with luggage.

Really good stay
many options friendly driver
The included breakfast had MANY options. The staff were AMAZING. Every person was warm and professional. I also appreciated the taxi driver, Bruno. He. He was reliable and friendly!!!

small room elevator lack
the staff was mostly ok.
the lack of an elevator was a real pain. hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was like a punishment. the room was also quite small, barely enough space to move around.
